Pink Berry Porridge

(GF, DF, VEGAN)


Ingredients

1/2 cup quinoa flakes

 1 cup almond milk

1 tsp. beetroot powder

 2tbsp. Melrose Organic Flax Oil

Toppings: berries, nuts, dark chocolate

 

Method

Method

  1. In a saucepan simmer the quinoa flakes and beetroot powder in almond milk for 3 mins until creamy.
  2. Spoon into a bowl and top with berries, nuts & dark chocolate.
  3. Just before serving, drizzle on Organic Flax Oil & even some of our delicious Nut Spreads.
