Melrose Dairy Free Satay Sauce

2 tbsp. of Melrose Organic Refined Coconut Oil or Melrose Organic Sesame Seed Oil
1 onion diced
2 tsps. of Curry Powder
4 tbsp. of Melrose ABC Spread
½ cup water (remove if you want a paste)
½ tin Coconut Cream
1 tsp. of salt
2 tsp. coconut sugar or brown sugar
- Sautee the onions off with the Coconut or Sesame seed oil
- Add the curry powder, salt, sugar and Melrose ABC spread continue to cook for a further 2mins.
- Stir in the water and coconut cream.
- Add your favourite cooked meat, vegetables or tofu. Serve on a bed of rice. Yum!
