To enter this competition, entrants must answer all above questions and entries must be received by the Promoter by the close of business on the specified closing date which is Monday 31 July. Prize winners of are selected at 16-18 Lionel Road, Mount Waverley VIC on the specified competition judging date and winners are randomly selected. Winners are contacted by email within 2 days of closing date and may be announced on the Melrose Health website or on Melrose Health's social media. Winners must confirm their participation within 2 days of receipt of email from Melrose Health or another entrant may be chosen. Entry is open to all Australian residents.
