Ingredients: 1 frozen ripe banana 1 cup milk of choice (almond/coconut milk works well) 1 tsp. vanilla extract 2 tsp. Melrose Organic Rolled Flaxseeds + extra on top 1 tbsp. Melrose Organic Flax Oil 1 tbsp. Melrose 100% Almond Spread 1 tsp. Melrose Organic Rice Syrup
