Essential Fibre Plus Juice

(GF, DF, VEGAN)

Ingredients

1 tbsp. Melrose Organic Essential Fibre Plus

½ a pineapple (skin removed) cut into strips

A small handful of blueberries

1 medium sized pink grapefruit peeled and halved

OPTIONAL: apple to sweeten

Method

1. Firstly place the blueberries into the juicer, followed by pineapple and pink grapefruit
2. Pour juice into a glass and stir through the Essential Fibre Plus powder
3. Add ice if desired and enjoy
