Melrose Molasses Almond & Chia Cookies

Makes 12

(GF, DF, VEGAN)


Ingredients

1 1/2 cups almond meal

1/2 cup maple syrup

1/2 cup Melrose Almond & Chia Spread

2 tbsp. Melrose Organic Molasses

1/2 tsp all spice

pinch baking soda

 

Method

  1. Set oven to 180˚C.
  2. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  3. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  4. Make 12 cookie balls (using your hands is best) and place on trays and flatten a little for a nice cookie shape (they will flatten out more in the oven).
  5.  Bake for 12 mins until golden on top.

These are crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Enjoy!
