Melrose Brown Tahini Thins
(GF, DF)
Ingredients:
3 tbsp. Melrose Organic Unhulled Tahini Spread
1 tbsp. Melrose Organic Unrefined Coconut Oil (soften)
1 Egg
2 tbsp. Sesame Seeds
½ tsp. Salt
1 tbsp. Wholegrain Mustard
2 ½ tbsp. Melrose Organic Coconut Flour
Method:
- Preheat oven to 170C
- Mix tahini, coconut oil, egg, sesame seeds, salt and wholegrain mustard in a bowl until well combined.
- Add Coconut flour and blend until a thick, sticky mixture forms.
- Divide the mixture in half, using half the mixture roll into a ball and place between two pieces of baking paper.
- Using a rolling pin, roll the mixture till around 3-5mm thickness.
- Once rolled place the mixture onto an oven, use a knife to cut the mixture into squares about 3-5cm.
- Place the tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 15mins.
- Once the 15mins is up, remove tray from the oven and separate the squares with your knife, put in oven again and cook for a further 5-10mins or until squares start to curl up around the ends.
- Remove from oven tray and place on wire rack, with the other half of the mixture repeat step 5-8.

1 tbsp. Melrose Organic Unrefined Coconut Oil (soften)
1 Egg
2 tbsp. Sesame Seeds
½ tsp. Salt
1 tbsp. Wholegrain Mustard
2 ½ tbsp. Melrose Organic Coconut Flour
